  I've used royal emperor for years, however it's now under new management, and has changed for the worst. All of the food tasted of burnt old oil, awful. I informed them and they said they were sorry, but that isn't good enough. I shan't return.

  Ordered takeaway which we were told will be 30 minutes we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes, my partner ordered the crispy duck and I had the sweet and sour pork, before we had even received our order we both felt it was a little over priced but we were willing to wait and see the quality of the food. The vegetables in my sweet and sour pork were raw, and made it taste horrible, especially the onion, I was nervous that the pork might be raw too so I didn't eat it and threw it all away. My partner's duck was overcooked which made it dry and very tough to eat, they had also forgotten the all important cucumber and spring onions to go with the duck. I will never go here again.
